Brian and Tracy came to visit April 9th to the 14th when Brian had a meeting in mainland China. For the first couple of days when Brian was gone, Tracy and I did some serious shopping. Then the sight-seeing began. Here we are by the waterfall on Victoria Peak.
You can't come to Hong Kong without trying some REAL Chinese food! This is a vegetarian meal we enjoyed at the Buddhist Monestery. The main ingredients were tofu and fungus (another word for mushrooms). But first you wash your dishes in hot water!
Brian is trying a Chinese country treat! It's honey fresh from the comb, wrapped around a stick and sandwiched in with 2 soda crackers. Not bad, really.
